Viscotech – hydrothermally treated wheat flours

Viscotech flours are functional flours. They are also physically modified flours, as specific characteristics of these flours are modified through a special production process. As the modification is reached by physical treatment, these flours keep their clean label. They are suitable as natural replacers for starch or as thickeners in soups, sauces, dairy based drinks, fermented dairy products, ice-cream, fillings, desserts, etc.

Poamix - expanded cereals

Poamix products are extruded starchy raw materials, e.g. wheat, rye, spelt, corn and rice. As such or after addition of fat, milk components or taste-giving components, these products are used in breading mixtures, coatings or as an ingredient of fillings.

 

  • Poamix klassisch (composition: wheat flour, emulsifier E 471)
  • Poamix crème (composition: wheat flour, rice flour, skimmed milk powder, malt flour (barley), lactoserum powder)
  • Poamix gelb Bio-Knospe (composition: wheat flour, salt, pepper, curry)
  • Poamix süss Bio-Knospe (composition: wheat flour, syrup of sunchoke, salt)
  • Spice-mixes: mustard, tomato-chili, ginger and herbs of provence
